Important Notice about Construction
In August 2023, renovation work started on our historic flax mill and will continue until at least March 2026. Your continued support during this period is vital to us, and we hope you will enjoy the transformation of this beautiful building.

Since then we have had over 3000 separate bookings & nearly 8000 happy guests in total stay with us and we are confident you will enjoy your stay too.

While every effort will be made to keep all disruption to a minimum, there may be some unavoidable construction noise on weekdays between 8am - 5pm.

At Silverburn Campsite we have space for four campervans & twelve tents. Electric hookups are available at all campervan pitches as well as 4 of the tent pitches. Well-behaved dogs welcome at no extra cost.

Surroundings

Our campsite offers stunning views across Leven Links Golf Course and the Firth of Forth towards Berwick Law and the Bass Rock. Situated in the grounds of Silverburn Park, you'll have our beautiful walled garden and tranquil woodland trails on your doorstep.

The town of St. Andrews - home of golf and Scotland's oldest university - and Fife's beautiful fishing villages are

within half an hour's drive.

We are only 400 metres from the Fife Coastal Path & within easy walking or cycling distance of Leven Beach and the amenities of the town centre.

Our site has luxury bathrooms complete with showers with disabled access and a washing up area to clean dishes. The Cottage Window Cafe is also open on site Tuesday - Sunday, 10am - 3:30pm, for takeaway drinks, home-baking & toasties.

We love meeting your dogs at Silverburn! Dogs are welcome whether you're staying in a tent or a campervan, we also have a dog-friendly glamping eco-pod (£12.50 charge). With wonderful woodland walks and Leven beach on your doorstep your four-legged friend will love their time here.

Silverburn Campsite borders the traditional 1846 links course designed by the great Tom Morris with rolling fairways, many of which are lined by ancient sand dunes, fast putting surfaces, burns and pot bunkers.

One of the oldest pieces of golfing land anywhere in the world, this course continues to host leading amateur and professional competitions the to this day.

We have 4 Gravel Standing Campervan/Motorhome pitches with grass surrouning (suitable for a side-awning) & 12 Tent Pitches, 4 of which have electric hook-ups.

Please note the campervan pitches are a short 2 minute walk from the toilet & shower facilities (see map below).

Pitch Measurements

Campervan pitches are suitable for vans with a wheelbase up to 6.5m & an overall length of up to 8.5m. Tent pitches are 6m x 8m, if your tent won't fit on one pitch please book 2 adjacent pitches.
