Situated in Fife, we are an award winning, small & quiet family-friendly campsite set in the beautiful 27-acre Silverburn Park offering glamping pods, campervan pitches & tent pitches. Great location surrounded by golf courses & five minutes from the beach.
Important Notice
In August 2023, renovation work started on our historic flax mill and will continue until March 2026. Your continued support during this period is vital to us, and we hope you will enjoy the transformation of this beautiful building.
Since then we have had over 2250 separate bookings & 5600 happy guests stay with us and we are confident you will enjoy your stay too.
While every effort will be made to keep all disruption to a minimum, there may be some unavoidable construction noise on weekdays between 7.30am - 5pm.
Please note: There is no construction work at all on Saturdays & Sundays.

Glamping
Eco Pods
Our beautiful glamping eco-pods sleep up to 4 people; they are fully heated and equipped with a mini fridge, microwave and kettle (bedding not included).
We have one dog-friendly pod, with an additional £10 charge for your furry friend!
Campervan &
Tent Pitches
At Silverburn Campsite we have space for four campervans & twelve tents. Electric hookups are available at all campervan pitches as well as 4 of the tent pitches. Well-behaved dogs welcome at no extra cost.
PLEASE NOTE: We are not licensed to host touring caravans.

Our campsite offers stunning views across Leven Links Golf Course and the Firth of Forth towards Berwick Law and the Bass Rock. Situated in the grounds of Silverburn Park, you'll have our beautiful walled garden and tranquil woodland trails on your doorstep.
The town of St. Andrews - home of golf and Scotland's oldest university - and Fife's beautiful fishing villages are
within half an hour's drive.

& Facilities
We are only 400 metres from the Fife Coastal Path & within easy walking or cycling distance of Leven Beach and the amenities of the town centre.
Our site has luxury bathrooms complete with showers with disabled access and a washing up area to clean dishes. The Cottage Window Cafe is also open on site Tuesday - Sunday, 10am - 4pm, for takeaway drinks, home-baking & toasties.

We love meeting your dogs at Silverburn! Dogs are welcome whether you're staying in a tent or a campervan, we also have a dog-friendly glamping eco-pod. With wonderful woodland walks and Leven beach on your doorstep your four-legged friend will love their time here.

Warm yourself by the fire around our communal fire-pit with log seating.

Campsite Facilities
Glamping Eco Pods
We have 3 Glamping Eco-Pods, including 1 dog-friendly Pod (named Sionnach) & 1 accessible Eco-Pod (named Broc); simply select one of these from the drop-down list under ‘units’ when making your booking.
- Sleeps up to 4 people
1 standard double bed & 1 small fold out sofa (1.7m x 1m) - suitable for 2 small children under 11 years old.
- Kitchenette
Equipped with a kettle, microwave & mini-fridge.
- Warm Year-Round
Our Pods are all very well insulated & come with 2 heaters (one wall mounted and one moveable).
- Outdoor Space
Each pod has room outside to relax with a picnic bench and space for a small fire pit.
Campervan & Tent Pitches
We also have 4 Gravel Standing Campervan/Motorhome pitches with grass surrouning (suitable for a side-awning) & 12 Tent Pitches.
- Electric Hook-ups Available
All campervan pitches come with electric hook-up as standard. 4 tent pitches have electric hook-ups, make sure to select these when booking
- Dog Friendly
Your 4-legged friend is welcome here at no extra cost. Just make sure they keep to your pitch.
- Available Facilities
We have black & grey waste facilities, drinking water taps (as well as a hose to refill your van) & a pot wash area.
- Pitch Measurements
Campervan pitches are suitable for vans with a wheelbase up to 6.5m & an overall length of up to 8.5m. Tent pitches are 6m x 8m, if your tent won't fit on one pitch please book 2 adjacent pitches.
Campervan pitches are gravel standing with grass surrounds. Electric hook-up included in the price at each pitch.
Pitches can accomdate vehicles with a wheelbase up to 6.5m and an overall length of 8.5m. There's also plenty of space for your side-awning.

Our Toilet & Shower block has 3 separate units including one which is disabled accessible.
