Thanks to funding from the National Lottery we’re looking for a hands-on, commercially aware Operations Manager to take charge of the day-to-day running of Silverburn Park—a vibrant 27-acre coastal destination in Leven, Fife. This is a practical, people-focused role where you’ll be rolling up your sleeves to lead a small team, manage facilities, and keep things running smoothly across a growing set of community-driven enterprises.
You’ll be responsible for overseeing:
- An award winning campsite
- A busy café (The Cottage Window)
- A productive walled garden and estate
- Seasonal events and activities
Every task you complete helps generate income that supports mental health, volunteering, and sustainability initiatives.
